1、 Overview of vibration mill


ZM series vibration mill is a new type of energy-saving grinding equipment. It has obvious advantages over the traditional rotary mill in grinding fine powder and superfine powder material. The machine has the advantages of high vibration intensity, high grinding efficiency, low power consumption, low noise, compact structure, convenient installation and maintenance. The machine can be widely used in mineral processing, building materials, grinding materials, powder metallurgy, power, ceramics, refractory, magnetic materials, chemical industry, food and other industries. It is an ideal replacement product of ball mill.


2、 Structure of vibration mill


This machine is mainly composed of vibration motor, body, underframe, grinding drum, lining cylinder, abrasion medium and elastic support.


1. Vibration motor: provide energy for grinding mill; vibration motor has two groups of eccentric blocks, eccentric blocks on both sides rotate in the same direction, so that the required exciting force scale line is aligned with the reference line of shaft end;


2. Underframe: support the body by elastic support;


3. Grinding barrel shell: it is the working body of the grinding mill to contain the grinding medium and abrasive. The shell of the grinding cylinder is composed of one grinding cylinder, and the wear-resistant lining cylinder is installed in the grinding cylinder, which can be taken out and replaced after grinding damage;


4. Lining cylinder: it is close to the inner wall of the grinding cylinder to protect the grinding cylinder. When the materials are vibrated and grinded in the grinding cylinder, the inner wall of the grinding cylinder is also greatly worn. The lining cylinder which is easy to replace is installed in the grinding cylinder, which can improve the service life of the whole machine;


5. Grinding medium: it is the grinding body of the mill, which is used for impact grinding of materials;


6. Elastic support: it is installed on four fulcrums with two springs in each fulcrum. Its main function is to make the mill body in elastic state and basically isolate the vibration impact on the base when the machine body vibrates, so as to reduce the dynamic load transferred from the mill to the foundation. In order to make the mill in good working condition, the adjusting gasket can be added under the spring support, which is used to solve the installation problem of the mill body (barrel) levelness. The concentricity of the upper and lower contact surfaces of each spring must be ensured in the installation process, and the tolerance shall not exceed 2mm;
